The Seventh Chakra - Sahasrara
The 7th chakra relates to the crown of your head, brain and pineal glands, and the ability to visualize. It is associated with colors violet to white, sometimes gold. It's stones are clear quartz, lepidolite and violet fluorite. Wear, or pocket, one of these for extra support this week.

Comfortably sit back in your chair and envision those dreams you have let slip to the wayside. Imagine those people you look up to in life for their wonderful leadership and inspirational skills. See yourself being one of those people! To see a thing done, it must have meaning. In other words, you won't do something unless it makes sense and has meaning to you. Are you struggling with manifesting a dream? Pull Violet over the top of your head (Crown Chakra) like a favorite old hat. Keep your hat on as you stroll through the universal energy of Violet and imagine the inner you with much purpose and vision! Violet can help you understand your values. Allow Violet to organize your thoughts and cast out what does not work for you. When you are ready, return to the world with clarity and purpose.
