The Lesson is Hope:

After the crises of the Tower, the Fool sees a small ray of hope that things can be better than before. She is ready to be enlightened and is willing to develop her special talents.

 

The Star coincides with the zodiac sign of Aquarius, which governs

calves (leg cramps), shins, ankles, blood pressure and circulation.
