I don’t presume to know or to tell others what they should believe spiritually or religiously. Whatever your beliefs are, I would only suggest asking yourself if you are living those beliefs in your daily life. Meaning, does your life reflect who you really are or are you trying to live up to what others expect of you? If so, why? What is the benefit? What is the price?
Maybe you've been fatigued, irritable, sad, or hypersensitive for some time now. You may have visited your doctor or minister to discuss what the problem might be and, yet, you still feel like a fish out of water. It may be an issue of not using your senses enough.
