Foods Containing the Highest Pesticide Levels: Imported grapes, cherries, potatoes, celery, nectaurines, strawberries, peaches, apples, sweet bell peppers, pears, lettuce, and spinach. Go organic whenever possible with these foods.
Foods Containing the Lowest Pesticide Levels: Cabbage, broccoli, onions, asparagus, avocado, bananas, pineapple, kiwi, eggplant, mangos, frozen sweet corn and frozen sweet peas.

Have Weeds Taken Over Your Yard?
Instead of using pesticides that are toxic and harmful to the environment, your family, and your pets, boil water and pour directly on weeds. Be careful not to burn yourself. Using a tea kettle is best. You can also mix 5 tablespoons of liquid soap in 1 quart of water. Use a spray bottle to apply to weeds on a hot day.
